Cizuukeku (cheesecake) ala new york

   *source : 36 variasi resep cheesecake

alas:
120 gr biskuit gandum/sesuai selera
75 gr mentega tawar, lelehkan

bahan:
375 gr creamcheese (bun pake philadelphia) biarkan pada suhu ruangan
100 gr sour cream
125 gr gula pasir halus
15 gr tepung terigu
2 butir telur
1 kuning telur
2 sdt parutan kulit jeruk lemon

cara membuat:
° siapkan loyang spring form berdiameter 18 cm dan loyang yang lebih besar utk au bain marie

° campur biskuit dan mentega tawar, aduk rata. padatkan pd dasar loyang, simpan dlm lemari pendingin slm 1 jam

° panaskan oven hingga bersuhu 175 ° C

° kocok creamcheese dan gula dng kecepatan rendah sampaigula larut. Tambahkan terigu, kocok rata. Tambahkan telur dan kuning telur sedikit” sambil dikocok rata, masukkan parutan jeruk lemon dan sour cream, kocok rata.

° tuang adonan ke dlm loyang berisi remah biskuit

° panggang slm 60 menit dng cara au bain marie. matikan oven ktk permukaan cake masih basah dan biarkan dingin dlm oven.

° keluarkan dr oven dan masukkkan ke lmr pendingin slm 8 jam

° hias dng topping buah segar..

buat aku sih, aku tetep lebih suka monstercheesecake.. tapi wkt aku bikin cheese cake ini, seems like people like it.
